nextGEMS: output of the production simulations for ICON and IFS

Summary
In the first phase of the nextGEMS project, the two Earth-system models ICON and IFS were developed in three iterative cycles aiming at simulating the climate 30 years into the future at storm-resolving scale. Each cycle was concluded by a Hackathon evaluating results and evolving effective workflows for these scales. The resulting model versions ICON (VERSION) and IFS (VERSION) are now used in a production phase to simulate climate projections for 2020-2049, and to publish the corresponding datasets in a way amenable to the workflows that have emerged out of experience from the phase 1 Hackathons
