Summary
We provide all the necessary scripts to reproduce the data in its entirety. The accompanying .zip file contains four distinct Python scripts that execute the full data processing workflow. These scripts i) transform daily AgERA5 inputs into annual files, ii) process the annual files to calculate bioclimatic and agrometeorological indices, iii) derive statistical variables concurrently, and iv) aggregate the annual results into complete time series for each variable. Script four then saves these results in a single NetCDF file that incorporates CF 1.11-compliant metadata. An optional fifth script is provided to reproduce all figures as published in the manuscript. The run.sh script facilitates easy execution of the first four steps. Please consult the README file for additional details.
