Description
Due to a technical problem in the alert generation, empty alerts files have been produced from 1. until at least 3. Oct. 2007. Depending on how fast this problem has been fixed for each participating D-PHASE model, the interupt may last a few days longer. Due to operational problems the ALADAT 00 data from 2007/11/19 do not include the high-fog scheme. Data is inaccurate and not compatible to the data of the other ALADAT inidates.
