cops_supv_mfceil_clbase_d: cloudbase in three heights from meteo-france Ceilometer (TNL : Laser telemetry) at Niederrott

Summary
The period of permanent measurement was : 1st July - 31 July 2007
The measured parameters are the 3 heights of the 3 typical cloud bases every 15 seconds from a ceilometer, and the back scattering signal on 256 levels (15 meters between each). The altitude is from the sea level.
The operation was continuous, with a daily check.
Tje instrument was located near the village of Meistratzheim, 20 km south_westward of Strasbourg.
The platform on the site of Niederrott is installed just between 2 types of vegetation :
Maze on the west and short grass on the east part.
