cops_supv_arlid_backsc_d: lidar backscatter data from CNRS TReSS Lidar

Summary
The CNRS TReSS backscatter Lidar was fully operational in the Vosges Super site from July 1 to August 2 2007. Except for heavy rain events, the system did measurements during almost 24h per day during IOPs and during daytime otherwise. The lidar was installed inside an hermetic container, shooting through a transparent glass which protected the system from rain. Even during light showers, lidar measurements were performed.
TReSS included as well:
* A GRIMM optical particle counter to measure the aerosol number size distribution with radius from 0.15 to 10 microns, during the whole period (without interruptions).
* A sun photometer performing during cloudless sky conditions. Datasets are available in the AERONET website http://aeronet.gsfc.nasa.gov/, with the site name Obernai.
* Aerosol sampling in filters, twice a day, for complementary chemical characterization of aerosols near the surface.
* A webcam collecting images of cloud cover.
