HATPRO (Humidity and Temperature PROfiler) quality controlled boundary layer scan brightness temperatures for 14 frequencies at 22.24, 23.04, 23.84, 25.44, 26.24, 27.84, 31.4, 51.26, 52.28, 53.86, 54.94, 56.66, 57.3, and 58.0 GHz at elevation angles 5.4, 10.2, 19.2, 30.0, 42.0, and 90.0 degrees. Data values are 10s to 30s means.
