cops_nmet_uiaws_metsfc_d: data from 10 MOMAA automatic weather stations

Summary
Calibration info:
(1) Relative humidity was calibrated after the field phase using data from the post-field intercomparison measurements. Mean differences between each station and the median of all stations were calculated for the whole period. The results were applied to data from the field phase

(2) Pressure was calibrated after the field phase using data from the post-field intercomparison measurements. 10 minute mean differences between each station and reduced pressure from METEODAT were calculated. Then a 2nd degree least square fit between the pressure difference and the MOMAA data logger temperatur Tlog was calculated. The resulting polynoma were applied to data from the field phase.
For each measured parameter, a quality flag is given along with the data.
Quality_flag_description:
0: measured value not changed except by calibration,
1: value slightly outside physical or instrument range; value NOT changed (and thought suitable for use in lower res. data generation,
2: value suspect, use with caution, value NOT changed (not to be used in the generation of lower res. data),
3: value slightly outside physical or instrument range, value CORRECTED into the physical range,
4: value outside physical range or an outlier, value set to MISS,
5: value bad (e.g. transmission error, external influence), value set to MISS,
6: no value available i.e. missing because of station time adjustment, etc...

Description
In order to obtain a homogeneous data set of equal length for all stations, missing data due to different operational periods or due to regular station time adjustment are filled up and flaged as missing values.
