For groups that do not have the capability to download IPCC AR5 data directly from the Data Distribution Center of the IPCC, a data subset was made available on USB flash drive media. The data is a subset of the IPCC Working Group I AR5 snapshot of the 15th March 2013 (the cutoff date for literature to be included in the WGI AR5 report; http://www.ipcc-data.org/sim/gcm_monthly/AR5/WG1-Archive.html ). This AR5 data includes only selected scenarios, the core variables, and to a single run per model of the IPCC Working Group I AR5 snapshot. Included CMIP5 experiments are rcp26, rcp45, rcp85, and historical. Data is prepared for 9 regions. The data is in monthly temporal resolution and the format is NetCDF.
