Code of the coupled ICON model (ocean and atmosphere) at 5 km resolution including HAMOCC, modified from next-GEMS cycle 3 to include online calculation of biogeochemical tracers. Oceanic, biogeochemical and atmospheric initial conditions for 01.01.2020 and 28.08.2020. This code and data are used in "Resolved tropical cyclones trigger CO2 uptake and phytoplankton bloom in an Earth system model simulation" by Nielsen et al (PNAS).
