Preprocessed atmospheric circulation variables - ERA5 for unseen-awg simulations

Summary
These data can be used to develop ERA5-based unseen-awg weather generators, or as in baseline dataset to compare generated data against.

The following preprocessing steps were applied to the retrieved daily ERA5 data:
- Geopotential height at 500hPa was computed from geopotential at 500hPa
- The data were regridded to the coarse resolution grid over Europe and the North Atlantic (2.5° horizontal resolution) used for computing analogs
- Format and metadata were harmonized to fulfill the requirements of unseen-awg. This includes the creation of "dummy-dimensions" ensemble_member and lead_time

Once the zip files in this dataset are expanded, they combine to form a single .zarr archive that can be used within the unseen-awg framework.
