jwi0057_1: Extensive deforestation (3 of 4 land grid boxes). Restart from end of jwi0044_2 (also extensive deforestation).
These simulations were used for the ERL t2m paper (http://hdl.handle.net/21.11116/0000-0002-CCA1-2).

Analogous to t2max and t2min (max and min of 2m air temperature in output time step), change the model code to additionally output tsmax and tsmin (max and min of surface temperature) and tamax and tamin (max and min of lowest atm. layer temperature).
